Happy Halloween! This is my last Halloween mani, and I have to say I'm rather pleased with the amount of Halloween-themed nails I managed to squeeze in this year =)
This marble was inspired by candy corn - I kind of wish I'd gone with a white base, then the white on top might actually have looked white instead of light yellow like it ended up LOL. But I was still fairly happy with the final result - my favorite nails are both my ring fingers. I used Sally Hansen Sun Kissed, Mellow Yellow, & White On:
Here's the tutorial:
And, just for fun, here's a shot of some of my experiments ... are you interested in seeing more of these? I almost always do a few test runs before I get to my actual nails:
Leave a comment & let me know =) Thanks for reading.

ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous! How do you do those test runs? By dipping paper into the water? I'd love to see more please.
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty! I'd use the paper as stationary. All you would have to do is iron it. Have you ever thought of doing mugs or other objects with paints? Obviously not with nail polish! You would be a natural.
