NOTD: NUP Vintage Velvet

Just a quick post, this is a color that I picked up on clearance in one of my small hauls (none of which I've gotten around to posting yet...) & is another good green for St. Patrick's Day.  Nina Ultra Pro Vintage Velvet is kind of a shimmery frosty color, and the Konad is done with Black Special Polish & image plate s1:

I'm doing a tutorial in just a moment, so I hope to have it edited to post later tonight =)  Thanks for reading.

NOTD: OPI DS Signature

I have no good excuse for being so behind - comments, pictures, posts, everything. But the fact is ... it is a fact LOL.  & one of the ways I keep blogging fun is I don't like FORCE myself to blog when I have other stuff to do.  So I'm sorry I've been a bit sporadic.

It's late, but I'm awake so I figured I might as well get at least a tiny bit caught up - here is my NOTD from Monday.  From the Designer Series, this is OPI DS Signature, Konad done with Color Club Black & image plate s1.  I was tired, so the Konad isn't placed exactly as planned but still a cute little accent:

Upcoming posts include at least 2 water marbles with accompanying tutorials, among other things =)  Until then, thanks for reading.

NOTD: Barielle Slate Of Affairs

This is a lovely color, and I received several compliments even though I was personally not totally in love with my choice of Konad. From the All Lacquered Up collection, Barielle Slate of Affairs, Konad done with White Special Polish & plate s1:

I'm glad the blue flash that is in such evidence in the bottle shows up in a few of these pics, although overall I was a little disappointed how little it showed on the nail. I've got semi-matching blue toes right now but I'm too lazy to post them LOL. Thanks for reading.

Purple NOTD & TOTD

I used to be really bad about my tips & my toes HAD to be the same color. So even though I hated doing my toes, I would diligently do them once a week so they matched my fingers. But, now that I'm doing my nails 2-3 times a week, there is no way I'm doing my toes that often. I'm just not. So they haven't been even close to matching at all lately ... but I happened to pick out purples for both of them at the moment.

NOTD: Tracy Reese for Sally Hansen Night Hydrangea, Konied with China Glaze Devotion & plate S1. I should have dug out the plate that has a smaller version of this flower on it (m26) for my pinky, but I was too lazy:

The one that has the color closest to life is the normal lamp, as far as it showed the purple less blue than the other 2 pics, but it is still a darker color in person than shows on camera.

TOTD: Revlon No Shrinking Violet:

Very messy I'm sorry to say, but I just can't make myself make the effort when it's cooled down enough again that I won't even be wearing sandals for the next couple days, so who cares if they're sloppy behind my socks? Thanks for reading.
