That contained:
YES that's right my 16 new Konad plates! (if you're curious: m19, m26, m36, m37, m40, m56, m57, m60, m63, m65, m66, m67, m69, m73, s1 & s6)
Part of the reason that I'm so happy is that I actually missed the delivery - there was a little card in the mailbox that read "they were sorry that the missed me" & would I like to pick up my package tomorrow or have it redelivered in 2 days? Neither! I wanted my plates RIGHT NOW.
So, with plans of stalking the mailman through the neighborhood, I went out my door & down the stairs - just as the van pulled away from the curb down the street. He drove up to me waving & said "I wonder what you want?" as he got my package out of the back. I danced back up the stairs & tore into my package already wondering which plate I'd use first.
So that decision will probably take up the rest of my evening LOL. Tune in tomorrow to see the results & a fresh NOTD if I can make up my mind =) If I get that out of the way I've got comments to respond to & I haven't had time to catch up on everyone else's blog since I think last Thursday, so I'm feeling a little out of the loop. Really, those people that say they'd be bored if they retired? They don't have enough hobbies, or they don't have Internet LOL. Thanks for reading.

ReplyDeleteWow! 16 plates, what fun you are going to have. I made a list of the plates I want. I have to pick out what Konad kit I want. That was lucky to catch the mailman. I've done the same thing in the past. Done the same with UPS. Which means I have alot of stuff delivered to me. I never get bored. I love the internet.

NESSA - I kind of think I made the mailman's day more interesting, he seemed to find my reaction to the tiny package pretty funny.
LUCY - I still have a pretty long list I want - I'm trying to hold out until the State Fair at the end of summer - there's booth that sells Konad & they do buy 3 get 1 free!
