Meet Dude =)

Just a little fun in the snow:

I'd been trying to make a vid of Dude all week & he was not cooperating & didn't want to play - acting like it was too cold out, but now that we have snow he is all playful!

Thanks for reading.

  1. Hey, don't be too sure he's part chow. If you look it up online there's actually TONS of breeds with black tongues. I have shepard/heeler mixes and they have spotted tongues. Just thought i'd let you know

  2. He looks like a super fun dog! I love watching dogs play when it's cold outside. I have two dogs that are lab mixes that have spotted black tongues, but regardless of his breed, I think mutts are the best! All of mine are and they're the best.

  3. Dude's a cool pup! I call mine dude too( even though his real name is Lucky), and he will not look at the camera no matter what I do.

  5. Aww, Dude is so silly and adorable. Love that. But what I love even more are people who adopt their furry bundles of joy. Happy holidays!

  6. Yuck! You have snow! I hope it isn't coming my way next! =P

P.S. I tagged you for the Top 10 award. I will have a post on my blog for tomorrow morning!

  7. Yeah, like Anon above said, it's a common misconception that any dog with coloration on his tongue is part chow. However, he still could be!

Does the hair on this back stand up at all? He looks like he has a line of courser hair along his spine, so do you think he could be part ridgeback?

Either way, he's totally adorable!! I am a BIG fan of BIG dogs, and he's so freaking cute!
