Guest NOTD: Finger Paints Autumn Moonlight

This is a lovely dark blue, that does not look black at any point like so many do.  Mom loved it.  From the Seduced by Fall Collection, this is Finger Paints Autumn Moonlight:

    remind me of SinfulColors "Hot Spot" I like this kind of dark blue with shimmer.
