My Disclaimer/Disclosure Policy

So, I'm a little late, since the changes happened on the 1st, but I really wanted to get this disclaimer up this weekend & out of the way. If you don't know about the new FTC Regulations, you should probably educate yourself if you're a blogger. To cover myself, I have to actually spell out some pretty common sense & IMO basic stuff but here we go:

This is a personal blog, with my personal opinions. While I do occasionally receive free products for review, I do not get paid for any of my reviews, and how I obtained the product does not influence my review. All results shown are my personal experience & your own results & experience may vary depending on a number of factors. While I do accept free samples, I make no promises regarding posting reviews or the nature of my reviews.

There are currently no paid advertisements on this site, but that may change in the future. Affiliate programs that I participate in are shown in the sidebar, and affiliate links for those programs may appear in my posts. If you make a purchase from one of these affiliate links, I receive a small commission. I do not review products just to use an affiliate link.

I'll be placing a link to this disclosure at the bottom of the page. This disclosure may be updated at any time. And here's the real official stuff, courtesy of http://www.disclosurepolicy.org/

This policy is valid from 06 December 2009

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, please contact MySimpleLittlePleasures@gmail.com.

The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.

The owner(s) of this blog is not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blog owners. If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
